IPA for our third year anniversary made in collaboration with our friends from Mount Holly Beer and the amazing hops from Champlain Valley.
This beer has been charge with a huge amount of Vermont Chinook & Crystal from Champlain Valley combined with Citra & Cryo Citra. Expect all kinds of juice fruit, nice bitterness featuring ripe pineapple, peaches, grapefruit, stone fruit, chamomile, resin and bright pine on the finish.
